Cancellation Policy

Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy on all appointments. This means that any missed, canceled, or changed appointment will be charged the full amount unless notice was given more than 24 hours in advance.  Attending the session late or leaving the session early will similarly be charged the full session fee.
