Marshall Huggins, APCC, MA, is an associate therapist trained in ketamine therapy, IFS therapy, and clinical mental health. He works with a wide range of adults. Common issues he treats are depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, grief/loss, career transitions, burnout, ADHD, expat/digital nomad issues, and difficulties with psychedelic integration.
Clients say he is warm, down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and direct with a keen sense of humor. As an avid surfer and practitioner of meditation and yoga, mindfulness is a key component of his holistic approach. Marshall previously worked at a rainforest conservation non-profit and at an ecotherapy center in Hawaii. He now views the work of healing nature and healing humanity as one and the same mission. Disconnection is at the core of both, and his approach focuses on restoring connection – internally and externally.
The primary modality he uses is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy as a way to access more self-awareness, self-compassion, and harmony. He is also trained in existential-humanistic therapy and DBT. He is a strong and compassionate ally in helping you unlock more freedom in your life.
